April 15 - June 29 - Help The City of Calgary make a clean sweep this spring!

Every spring, The City sweeps roughly 15,000 lane kilometres of paved roads, and getting the work done is a collaborative effort. They rely on the co-operation of residents to observe street cleaning signs and remove vehicles and garbage bins when Spring Clean-up sweeping is scheduled.  

• Look for the signs  
• Move your vehicle 
• Move waste and recycling carts 

Please note: Sweepers will not return to sweep residual material left behind due to blue/black carts or parked cars until the SCU program is complete and then only if requested by a resident through 3-1-1. Garbage and recycling bins left on the street can interfere with Spring Clean-up. Please place your cart on the sidewalk or grass boulevard next to the curb during the week your street is scheduled for cleaning.
