1. Family & Senior Memberships - Bundle Administrator Gets the Invoice

If you are in a Family or Senior membership, one member is your 'Bundle Administrator'. The bundle administrator receives the annual membership invoice and can make changes to all the members. A regular member can make edits to their membership but not other members in their Family or Senior memberships.

2. How Do I Know Who the Bundle Administrator is?

Login to the website with your email address and password. Click on View Profile at the top right of the page. 

If you are the bundle administrator, you will see a summary where you can add members or edit existing members (by clicking on their names). Members in your Family or Senior membership can edit their own contact information as long as they have a valid email address setup on the website. You are the Bundle Administrator if you see this screen when logging in:

You are not the Bundle Administrator if you see this screen after logging in. It will show you who your bundle administrator is.

3. How Do I Change the Bundle Administrator?

4. How to Add Members to the Membership

The Bundle Administrator can add members to a family or senior membership. 

  1. Login to the website
  2. Click "View Profile" at the top right under your name. 
  3. You will see a "My Profile" tab. Under the Bundle summary section, click "Add Member". Please make sure the member is not already showing up in your membership list.
  4. Fill in required information and click Save. 
  5. The member will receive a welcome email.
  6. Click "Return to bundle list and your own profile" to return to your profile.

5. How to Remove Members 

The 'Bundle Administrator' can remove members to a family or senior membership. 

  1. Login to the website.
  2. After logging in, click "View profile" at the top right under your name. 
  3. You will see the My profile tab. Under the Bundle summary section, find the member you’d like to remove and click on their name. 
  4. You will be taken to that member’s profile. Click on the Archive button at the top of the page. 
  5. There will be an Archived message. Click on the Return to bundle list and your own profile link. 
  6. You will return to the My profile tab. 

6. Updating Member Profiles in the Member Directory)

Every member (that has provided a valid email address) can login to the website to make changes to their member profile which shows in the Member Directory.  Bundle Administrators of a Family or Senior membership can update their profile and all the profiles of the members in their membership. 

  1. Login to the website.
  2. After logging in, click the View profile link show at the top right of the website under your name. 
  3. You will see the My profile tab.
  4. Click on the Edit Profile button.
  5. Make any edits necessary.
  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
  7. Click the Privacy link to change what information gets displayed in the member-only online directory.
  8. Log out of the website.

7. I'm a Member: Why Can't I Log In?

Your email address must have been set up on your member account to log into the website. If you have provided an email address, you may need to reset your password. This also works to setup a password for the first time. If you are in a Family or Senior membership, your bundle administrator can update all members in the bundle - and they can add an email address for you.
