Member Website FAQs

1.) Family & Senior Memberships - Who Gets the Invoice?

If you are in a Family or Senior membership, one member has been designated as the 'Bundle Administrator' of your membership.  This member receives the annual membership invoice and can make changes to all the members in your membership.  (A regular member can make edits to their membership but not other members in their Family or Senior memberships).

2.) Family & Senior Memberships - How Do I Know Who is the Main Contact (Bundle Administrator)

(A bundle administrator is the main contact that gets the invoice and can add members to the membership)

Login to the website with your email address and password.  Forgot password or never had one?  Reset it here.  Once logged in, click on View Profile at the top right of the page.  In your profile, if you are not the bundle administrator, it will show you who your bundle administrator is.

You are NOT the Main Contact (Bundle Administrator) if you see this screen when logging in:



In your profile, if you are the bundle administrator, you won't see the message above.  You will see a Bundle summary section where you can Add members or edit existing members (by clicking on their names).  *Please remember, members in your Family or Senior membership can edit their own contact information too as long as they have a valid email address setup on the website. 

You ARE the Main Contact (Bundle Administrator) if you see this screen when logging in:


3.) Family & Senior Memberships - How Do I Change Who is the Bundle Administrator on our membership?

You may want to change who is set as the Bundle Administrator (main contact) for your Family or Senior membership.  To request this change, please contact kaylynberg@hotmail.com.

4.) Family & Senior Memberships - How to Add Members to the Membership

You must be the 'Bundle Administrator' for the Family or Senior Membership in order to make change to the members in the membership. If you want to change who is the Bundle Administrator for the Membership, contact kaylynberg@hotmail.com.
  1. Login to the website using your email & password. Forgot your password? Reset your password and follow the instructions on screen. 
  2. After logging in, click the View profile link show at the top right of the website under your name. 
  3. You will see the My profile tab. Under the Bundle summary section, click the Add member button. *Please make sure the member is not already setup in your membership first.
  4. Type in all the required information and click Save. 
  5. The member will receive a welcome email to the website.
  6. There will be a link 'Return to bundle list and your own profile' that you can click to get back to your profile.

5.) Family & Senior Membership - How to Remove Members 

You must be the 'Bundle Administrator' for the Family or Senior Membership in order to make change to the members in the membership.  You can remove members from your membership from your profile.  

  1. Login to the website using your email & password. Forgot your password? Reset your password and follow the instructions on screen. 
  2. After logging in, click the View profile link show at the top right of the website under your name. 
  3. You will see the My profile tab. Under the Bundle summary section, find the member you’d like to remove and click on their name. 
  4. You will be taken to that member’s profile. Click on the Archive button at the top of the page. 
  5. There will be an Archived message. Click on the Return to bundle list and your own profile link. 
  6. You will return to the My profile tab. 

6.) How to Update Your Member Profile (Shown in the Member Directory)

Every member (that has provided a valid email address) can login to the website to make changes to their member profile which shows in the Member Directory.  Bundle Administrators of a Family or Senior membership can update their profile and all the profiles of the members in their membership. 

  1. Login to the website using your email & password. Forgot your password? Reset your password and follow the instructions on screen. 
  2. After logging in, click the View profile link show at the top right of the website under your name. 
  3. You will see the My profile tab.
  4. Click on the Edit Profile button.
  5. Make any edits necessary.
  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
  7. Click the Privacy link to change what information gets displayed in the member-only online directory.
  8. Log out of the website.


7.) I'm a Member.  Why Can't I Login to the Website?

You must have an email address setup on your member account to login to the website.  If you have provided an email address, you may need to reset your password (this also works to setup a password for the first time).  If you are in a Family or Senior membership, the main contact (bundle administrator) can update all members under your membership so they can add an email address to your profile.  If no one in your membership can login or you still have issues, please contact kaylynberg@hotmail.com.
